WOW I - Into the Outdoors

                  Our classic  program for beginning or first time campers!  This program introduces camping skills and environmental ethics through Leave No Trace principals.  Through hands-on activities and exercises, this program will teach how to prevent and minimize their impacts in nature while still enjoying  recreational activities outdoors. 

*Campers will be provided with brand new sleeping bags and flashlights to take home.*

WOW II - Nature Connection

                  Our revised follow-up to WOW 1, Nature Connection challenges campers to use their skills to investigate environmental changes in Colorado and the World.  Through hikes, presentations, team building games and hands-on experimentation campers will learn about bio-indicators that show us the need for action in our environment. 

*Campers are expected to bring sleeping bags and flashlights from previous camp*

Camper Fees: $5 for FRL*

WOW III - Beyond the Basics

              Beyond the basics is a new program that introduces campers to wilderness safety, backcountry ethics and orienteering.  Camper fees are TBD.

*FRL - Campers who qualify for free and reduced lunch programs.
